How to Recategorize Reports?

Question

Anyone know how to create a report under a particular folder/category? With tables, you can right-click and move it to a different section, but I have yet to figure out the way to make a report land in a particular area while creating it. 🤷‍♀️😵 Thank you in advance for your help!!! 😊🙌

Beyond Report Collections, @Jenny Franklin?
For me they provide enough flexibility:

You cannot drag & drop them, but it's relatively straightforward.

Sometimes I miss the ability to have a report in multiple Collections. Not sure if we had that in R11, I seem to recall that we could pick multiple collections.
