 Failed to fetch LiteLLM models

I’m migrating from the trial to the Pro plan and am encountering the following error: “Failed to fetch LiteLLM models.” Do I need to go through the download process again?

This happens every now and then but please check if you are on the latest version (2.0.1).  If not, download the latest installer from here https://bob.ibm.com/download
If you are on the latest version, quit IBM Bob and start it again, this often helps.
