 Error while configure external Content Navigator

Hi there,

I am having an error while trying to configure an external Content Navigator and I have no idea how to solve it :(

I have BAW installed on one server and ICN installed on another. When I tried to run the BAW Case configuration tool, "Register the Case Management Services Plug-in", the error occured:

"An error occurred while running Register the Case Management Services Plug-in
The task failed because of the following error: The plug-in JAR file was not found at the specified location or failed to be loaded. Ensure that the URL or the fully qualified path of the JAR file is correct and the file is a valid plug-in JAR file."

I tried to solve this problem following this link:

While trying to run "BPMConfig -update -profile DmgrProfile -de WorkflowCenter -component ContentNavigator -networkDirectory", I keep getting error. I have tried using mapped drive (Y:\) and UNC (//CE55/properties), still failed.

I think it should be component case manager not content navigator
