 Error Message when trying to Export to Excel (Export Layout)

​​​Has anyone come across this error when trying to export financials to Excel (export layout)? 

Error 431, Fields Too Large

Hi @Carol St. Claire,

Can you give a little more detail, maybe provide some detailed repro steps?  Are you doing this in ITFMF?   Have you submitted a Support ticket? I'm not familiar with that issue off the top of my head but I agree with Mike that it sounds like a Support issue.

Are you able to share some information on the size of the data set you're trying to export?

Thanks, Michaelene!  The files that are exported are not more than 5MB, but can have a max of 95 columns (layouts usually are less as users don't need all the columns when they export to Excel, only the layout they are in), and up to 10,000 lines.  The issue is usually seen when filters are applied - when no filters are applied, the error doesn't occur.
