 Error message in IT Planning

Receiving the below error and not sure why.  Has anyone seen this before or know how to resolve it?

The following cost object plans are currently snapshotting and cannot be modified. Offending Cost Object Plans: 95254

Hello Megan,
Are you still seeing this error?  I did some research in our Support console and it looks like a few other customers have run across a similar issue. What you'll need to do is create a support ticket at support.apptio.com. Then our support team can triage it and work on getting it resolved as quickly as possible.
