When I open IBM Bob, there's an error message in the bottom right corner, "A shared background process terminated unexpectedly. Please restart the application to recover." Restarting did not resolve the issue. I've updated the IDE and I'm now using Version 1.109.5+bob1.0.01 (user setup), and I still get that same error. Restarting still does not help. What can I do to resolve the issue?
