 Error Message

When I open IBM Bob, there's an error message in the bottom right corner, "A shared background process terminated unexpectedly.  Please restart the application to recover."  Restarting did not resolve the issue.  I've updated the IDE and I'm now using Version 1.109.5+bob1.0.01 (user setup), and I still get that same error.  Restarting still does not help.  What can I do to resolve the issue?  Here's the message:

I tried resetting Bob, and that didn't help.  The message can be dismissed and then the app seems to work fine.

This issue sounds unusual, can you please share screenshots of the issue.
I will also suggest as further basic troubleshooting steps to try reinstalling Bob.Also you can try the steps in the documentation for resetting Bob to address the persistent issues (https://bob.ibm.com/docs/ide/troubleshooting/ts-reset-application)
