Hello,

  • What are the recommended validation steps to ensure CP4i components are functioning correctly after upgrading OCP from 4.14 to 4.16?
  • Are there any specific pre-upgrade checks or preparations needed for CP4i before upgrading OCP?
  • What are the best practices for validating the overall integration and performance of CP4i after the OCP upgrade?
  • Are there any known issues or common pitfalls to watch out for when upgrading OCP that could affect CP4i?

Please provide OC commands to validate on CLI.

With an upgrade it should not affect the CRs, except if you were using an outdated version of the CRs and some of the APIs are no longer available, in which case you would need to upgrade the Operator.  Otherwise, you should make sure the Pods, Services, Routes, etc are not in error then test normally.
