Thanks for the link.  Unfortunately, I don't see the Cost Transparency User Guide in that list for downloadable content in the TBM Studio R12 community. In the Cost Transparency community, it had a link https://help.apptio.com/en-us/cost-transparency/home.htm and then a 'Downloads' option for the guide, but even using Chrome, it still does not open for me.

Hi All,

Happy New Year!  I'm new to the community and representing Northern Trust, a new Apptio client. Thus, forewarning, I'm still learning my way around. :) I found where the Cost Transparency User Guide was in a pdf format, but it doesn't allow me to download it and/or save as to save to my pc. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

When I go here and scroll down to see the PDFs, by hitting the Download button, it downloads okay using Firefox.
