 Connection to Content Platform Engine Failed when trying to open case solution in case designer.

Hi Guys, I have installed the BAW 24.0 on traditional environment and trying to enable the case management features by following the BAW documentation. I am able to create case solutions now but when I click on a case management it throws the following error massage. I am not aware why the content platform engine is necessary to edit a case solution and will installing and configuring a content platform engine resolve this issue.

Yes, you need to install a separate FileNet Content Manager, create various object stores, and run various other steps. Please see this topic for more information: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/baw/24.x?topic=components-configuring-your-system-case-management  -- it's not very clear, but right at the beginning of the topic are a number of prerequisites that you need to complete.
