Can self-service Maximo user Route Workflows

Question

Hi,

Can a self-service Maximo user be granted access to the 'Route Workflow' option in the View Service Requests application, or would that violate user privilege boundaries?
documentation is not clear about it:
"Entering service requests and viewing the status of their service requests by using Create Service Request and View Service Request."

Hello Abdelrahman,
Regarding your point, Go to Workflow Designer then select your desired workflow and then make sure that all your workflow process has not any manual inputs that desire user action, it must contain condition and the process will follow the condition to the desired action/ sub workflow finally enable and activate the workflow and then select on set process to auto initiate which presented in the more action section
