Hi Dillard - I asked your question to our calibration expert here at SMS and got the following. If needed, I'd be happy to put you in touch. Thanks!
Observations
Tolerance on Output is set to Y. This means that Maximo will calculate the tolerance as:
The values for the %Span criterion are calculated from the calibrated input span of the asset. The values are then converted to output units and are added to or subtracted from the desired output value to determine the range limits.
The span is the algebraic difference of the input upper and lower range values divided by 100.
If the tolerance is based on output, then no conversion is required.
Either way should work in this case because we are using %SPAN.
In the Tolerance 1 section, you can also/instead use the Single From (-2), To (2), and As (+/-) to define the tolerance if the tolerance is not summed.
Both the Input and Output Min Field Resolutions are set to 0. This will result in the tolerance limits only be displayed to 0 decimal places (depending on what settings are set on the Configuration tab of the Data Sheet for Tolerance Limits and Error).

Note that the tolerance limits are values that are less than one and require 2 decimal places to display properly. A Min Field Resolution of 0 does not support this. In other words, Maximo will display the Tolerance Limits from 0 to 0, instead of the desired Tolerance Limits from -0.32 to 0.32.
To change this, consider setting different values for the Input and Output Min Field Resolutions based on the actual expected resolutions of the equipment being used. Also consider using the Tolerance Limits and Error section on the Configuration tab to set:
Expressed in Output Resolution plus 'n' places = Y
And Plus 'n' Places to 1
This will display the Tolerance Limits to an extra decimal place so you can peak and see what the next number is.
Solution
Change the (Output, but also review the Input) Min Field Resolution value to a value appropriate for the equipment and to at least 2 so that Maximo can then display the tolerance limits out to two decimal places.
Also consider using the Tolerance Limits and Error section on the Configuration tab to set:
Expressed in Output Resolution plus 'n' places = Y
And Plus 'n' Places to 1
This will display the Tolerance Limits to an extra decimal place so you can peak and see what the next number is.

Navigate to the Configuration tab
Note the Tolerance Limits and Error settings

Change the Plus 'n' Places from 0 to 1
Save the record

Navigate to the Data Sheet tab
Review the Calibration Point Tolerances again

Note that they are now displayed to 1 decimal place
Now change the Output Minimum Field Resolution from 0 to 2
Save the record

Review the Calibration Point Tolerances again

Note that they are now displayed to 2 decimal places (2 from the output MFR + 1 from the Configuration of the Tolerance Limits and Error)
