 Budget Exceeded

I renewed my subscription on September 5 and was expecting to receive my Bobcoins today (September 11), but I am getting a “Budget Exceeded” error when prompting. I’m not sure why. Do you have any idea?

Hello Ghislain,

I can see your Bob Trial started on 5 Aug and was converted into a Bob Pro Plus on 5 Sept, so you should have received the associated Bob Coins.

Can you contact me by private message and send me screen shots of you Bob Settings page in the IDE and also what your seeing under the bob console https://bob.ibm.com/admin/bobalytics?scope=user
