 Bob Stuck in Trial mode

I had Bob v1.0 trial and it expired in May. Today I purchased IBM Bob Pro and Premium package for IBM i. I DID NOT upgrade but rather went through the buy process with a company credit card.

Bob IDE doesn’t recognize that I have a Pro account. Bob keeps telling me that my trial is expired. When I log into the "cloud" portal, I see both the expired trial and my new plan. I could delete/cancel  the new plan but not the Trial plan. I saw some writing about how to migrate/assign new plan to trial, but required ... to be on screen, which was not there for Trial.
I see others had same problem, but web searches for fixes have not worked/helped.
Please point me in direction to resolve. Thanks.

To fix the IBM Bob IDE trial expiration loop, you need to clear your local cached trial state and switch your profile team inside the portal.

Because you purchased a completely new standalone Pro subscription instead of upgrading the existing trial inline, the Bob IDE is still searching for your original trial Subscription ID.

I belive this was answered here:

I think you have to enter the Bob settings (the little gear icon) and switch the Bob instance you want to use.

This might be a good idea for the developers, to automatically switch from an expired instance to one, that is active. But as long as Bob doesn't do that automatically, you have to switch manually.

You might want to check this thread as well although they did go through upgrading the trial, so not sure if the steps mentioned will work for you as well.
