 Artificat Type Playbook is not Triggering

Hi Team,

I have an automatic playbook with object type "Artifact". The playbook trigger is based on incident type and I have created a field which is updated post getting approval. The playbook should trigger once this field is changed.

PFB the screenshot of the trigger:

This playbook is not triggering, I would like to know if we are making any mistake in the condition.
