A new customer is trying to access the trial but it gets the next message, I have attached the message in spanish the customer sent me, please your help.

I am assuming that the customer has installed the Bob IDE and used the link in the IDE.  I think that link mistakenly takes you to the screen to log in when you already have an active license.  That is why the message is saying a subscription is required.  Have them try go directly to bob.ibm.com to get the free trial.
