Apparently I have gotten IBM's attention. They have reached out to me via email and phone. Support people directly involved in this case have been thoroughly reeducated.
I am willing to give them respite.

If you are online in your Case, do not hesitate to hit the blue escalate button and enter your request, comments, etc... this should get you a reply. If calling in on the phone, as for the 'Duty Manager', you should get a warm transfer that can get things rolling.

I open a lowly sev 3 ticket.
I opened it during normal business hours during the week. And yet I have to beg for attention from IBM and explain why I am worthy of support and get told this: "Can you please identify the impact of this issue to your production environment.".
This is a bunch of crap!
