APAR SE80590 shows how to remove Management Central - which is obsolete and unsupported.

The PTF for 7.5 for this APAR is  SI84787
This breaks CHKPRDOPT with the message at the bottom.

There is a superceeding PTF.  Apparently IBM has decided to put the two obsolete directories back instead of fixing CHKPRDOPT to stop checking for these obsolete directories.

If you don't want to mess with the superceeding PTF the corrective action is:

    MD '/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/MGTC'
    MD '/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/MGTC/Pervasive'
    CHKPRDOPT PRDID(*OPSYS)
