  • 1.  My country is not listed on the billing information dropdown list

    Hello,

    I am new here taking "Learning fundamentals of data science on the IBM cloud" course. My problem is that i cannot complete the registration process to use IBM free cloud because my country "Kenya" is not listed in the billing infiormation countries dropdoen list. How can i get folks at IBM to rectify this?

    Indeed Kenya is not listed and therefore difficult to register for IBM Cloud Free Tier. Can someone from IBM please comment. Is it an oversight or by design?
