    As mentioned earlier....

    pgp is not an AIX File set, nor is it an Open Source package available on the AIX Toolbox for Open Source Software.

    I found the site for your other version, pgp-6.5.8 

    It referenced GNU PG release version 2.2.4 in 2017

    pgp.com is no longer a valid site. It was acquired by Symantec in 2010, then Broadcom in 2019.

    I don't know if that will satisfy your requirements. You would need to determine this.

    As I explained in support case updates, as well as in this thread, this is NOT an  IBM product, package, or file set.

    IBM does not have any information about how or where you can obtain this.
