Central Patch Management for AIX, PowerVM, Firmware and Microcode.

IBM should provide a easy way for Patch Management.

System Firmware and Adapter microcode report in one tool (something Microcode Discovery tool) in the past.

From one point (HMC, AIX LPAR) it should be possible to show which Security and HIPER APARs are available for all my LPAR.

This should include AIX, PowerVM and other patches from FLRT.

It should not be on CMC or any external Cloud service.

And it should run centrally because most LPARs do not have internet access.
