I wanted to see if you could help me find information related to the following error when executing the following nimadm command.

nimadm -j nimadmvg -c lparaix -s spot720507 -l lpp720507 -d hdisk277 -Y

I am trying to migrate a client from AIX 7.1 to AIX 7.2 TL 05 SP7, it should be noted that the Nim Master server is on AIX 7.3 TL 02 SP1

Hi Victor,

this issue may be due to a known defect : NIMADM OVER NIMSH FAILS AT PHASE 11 WITH 4K TARGET DISK

- see  in section Local fix =>  Execute nimadm over shell instead of nimsh
