There has got to be an "easy" way to eject a CD Rom in AIX 5.3... I have a server running 5.3 and the only way to get the eject button on the cdrom is to run "unmount -f 'cdmountpoint'", then "stopsrc -s cdromd". The eject button will now work on the cdrom. Then if I want to use another cd, I have to "startsrc -s cdromd", etc.... Is there some other steps I can take to make this less painful? We don't use a lot of CD's, but when we do I'd like it to be as efficient as possible. Should the CD be automounted? I've dug around and can not find the "for sure" steps...
