NDU upgrade from PowerHA 7.1 to PowerHA 7.2

    Btw, my title says "PowerHA for AIX v7.1.3" refers to the PowerHA level, not the AIX level. Just like the upgrade did NOT go to AIX 7.2, but to PowerHA for AIX v7.2. It's a common confusion point because PowerHA and AIX levels are similar.

    Though the NDU worked, there were other issues with 7.1.4.0 I encountered so as your wisdom shows, it was a good idea to skip it.
