    1. Build Log
    2. Baseline Configuration Doc
    3. As Build Doc
    for Maximo implementation and also, any guidelines for these docs

    I think we need a bit more information regarding what you are looking for.  The vast majority of configuration is stored as metadata in the database.  So snapshots and SQL can provide a great deal of the content.  If you are looking for java customization, then I suggest some sort of version control system like Git to track those changes.  Those would start to cover the baseline an as built, what are you looking for in terms of a build log?  Perhaps Maximo's E-Audit functionality could assist you here?

    There is no Excel for this.  Besides the enormity such a doc would be, it would be always incomplete as there are regular additions made and, more at issue, the as-built would look different based on all the combination of Maximo delivered Industry Solutions and Add-Ons.  I suggest installing an empty Maximo database and evaluating the various tables with data in them (most of these start with MAX%, but there are a number that do not, such as SigOption).
