    I have been experiencing the error when a user simply selects either the Work View or Assignment view in GA.  The simple solution is to select the "Refresh Work List", but I should have to do that if I don't want to refresh.  NB: The "Refresh When Opening the Gantt View?" is not selected.

    So, if I look at the work order, it's there, but if I then duplicate or create a snapshot or scenario, it works for those, but not the original.  This is most likely because there is an element of refreshing occurring.

    My detective work has indicated that there are work orders that has been closed or cancelled since last looking at the schedule.

    But, I believe there is some routine run everytime you switch to the tab, but IBM cannot tell me what that is, nor can I capture is in the SQL log.

    Has anyone else experienced this, and it yes, what if, any, solution other then using the Refresh button have you found.

    Hi Craig, thanks for posting your comments here, I know we had the Case TS008165500 to review, and we could not reproduce that internally or match with any of the existing Cases. 

    If you have more detail on how this work gets updated in the background please let us know and we will be able to investigate more and give some answers about how to help with it.

    Meanwhile, this problem seems that the Cluster has multiple JVMS and one of the Data of one doesn't match with the second that your user is using causing this model crash, but to isolate that scenario, we will need a bit more details and steps over it.

    Hi Pedro

    I do appreciate the help as far as IBM has given, however, I would like to know if others are experiencing the same issue, as I am still getting the error.

    If other's get the issue, please let me know.

    Craig,

    I searched the support cases for your error and found a few hits.    We put in this APAR:

    which was fixed in IFix 002 for 7.6.1.2.

    Does the exception in the APAR match what you are getting?
    What version and IFix are you running?

    Most of the reports were for 7.6.1.1.

    Hi Dick,

    Yes that is the same error as reported for Case TS009372341 and Case TS008098249
