Kevin,
I tested just now in 7.6.1.2 and my work orders without any tasks appeared on Graphical Work Week (GWW) whether Include Tasks In Schedule was checked or unchecked.
In your Post you say it happens at one of your sites. Does that mean that at your other sites that this is not an issue? Or is that the only site using GWW?
Do you have Planned Labor directly on the work order or is the Planned Labor on a tasks? If the Planned Labor is on the tasks and not on the work order then the work order will not appear on the Graphical View.
I suggest you open a support case to get this resolved and fixed if necessary.
If you do want to uncheck the "Include in Schedule?" check box on all work order tasks an easy way to do that would be to make an Escalation that would run once running a Set Value Action on all work order tasks setting WOACTIVITY.INCTASKSINSCHED to zero (for work orders: WORKORDER.INCTASKSINSCHED).

Subject: Graphical Work Week Gantt View
I have found that at one of my sites, unless the "Include Tasks in Schedule?" checkbox is checked the work order will not appear in the Gantt view. Consequently, if the box is checked, the Task "Include in Schedule?" is automatically checked as well, which leads to all tasks being included in the Gantt view. My query looks for all records in woclass = 'WORKORDER', yet if the "Include Tasks in Schedule?" check box is not checked the records will not appear. Am I just missing something simple or is anyone else having the same problem? I just want the workorder, not the tasks, and I don't want to go to all work order tasks and uncheck the "Include in Schedule?" check box.
