    MAM 7.6.1.2:

What fields/tables need to be manually reset in Maximo?

    Examples:

    ASSET Assets Zero Asset Costs
INVENTOR Inventory Zero Year to Date Quantities
LABOR Labor Zero Year to Date Hours
TOOLINV Stocked Tools Zero Year to Date Quantities

    Any others?

    Thank you.

Those are the critical ones that we zero out as part of our end of year automation. There are other records some organizations need to create/update (such as adding financial periods, autonumbers for those that user year prefixes, etc.) but those are the only resets we do.

    Hopefully, this will help:

End of the Year Processing Reminders for Maximo. Maximo has a number of year to date buckets that need to be reset such as:

    • Assets - Zero out Year to Date Costs
    • Labor - Zero out Year to Date Labor Hours - script needed
    • Inventory - Zero out Year to Date, 1, 2, and 3 years ago quantities
    • Financial Periods - Make sure you have periods set for the coming year, especially if you validate
    • Other Considerations: Tax Rates, Auto Numbers, Calendars, and Data for Integrations
