Cloud Pak for Integration

I have deployed the application in Intergration server and stopped the running the application. But when the pod is restarted the application is getting started automatically, before pod restart application is in stopped state. Is any there option to keep application status same before and after restart of pod.

One option is that, keep the applications in separate bar. if a application is not required, remove the bar url from the pod yml. Same issue i also noticed. As pod get recreated from pod yml and earlier state created by manual activity will be removed.
