    Hi Community,

    I'm reaching out because I'm encountering an issue with accessing the IBM webMethods Developer Portal - Forever Free account from my IBM webMethods iPaaS account. When attempting to navigate to the Developer Portal, I am currently getting a 404 error.

    No webpage was found for the web address: https://idm-us-west-2.softwareag.cloud/auth/realms/default/protocol/openid-connect/auth?response_type=code&client_id=devportal&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fdefault.devportal-aw-us.webmethods.io%2Fportal%2Frest%2Fv1%2Flogin%2Fcallback%3Fprovider%3Dsagcloud%26tenant%3Denv961467&scope=email&state=4ff1a0719f2a4f117f45e3f1636cd0fd

    HTTP ERROR 404

    Could anyone please provide instructions on how to properly access the Developer Portal or suggest any steps I might be missing? Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Charishma,

    With the above error it seems some thing happend while instantiating the Developer portal setup becuase of which you are seeing the error.

    As it it free trial so it hard to debug on same.

    The only solution I can  think of is  try to stop the instance of dev portal and then try to instantiate once again.

    If you're unable to open the IBM webMethods Developers Portal from your IBM webMethods iPaaS account, try the following:

    1. Check Access Permissions – Ensure your account has the required permissions for the Developer Portal.
    2. Clear Cache & Cookies – Browser issues can sometimes block access.
    3. Try a Different Browser – Some portals work better on specific browsers.
    4. Check IBM Status Page – There could be a temporary service outage.
    5. Contact IBM Support – If the issue persists, raise a support ticket with IBM.
