Yesterday morning, I logged in via SSH. After a while, the session disconnected, and when I tried to log in again, I couldn't. Ping also didn't work. I then tried logging in to the linuxone.marist.edu portal to check what happened to my instance, but surprisingly, I couldn't log in. It kept saying that the username and password didn't match. I tried changing the password several times, but it still didn't work. I had planned to explore and practice more on the virtual server that day, but it ended in disappointment😞. Please help me get a new instance or recover my account. I'm not sure why this happened!
