    The current owner description field in Inbox/Assignments portlet displays the record info using the primary key columns of the owner table .
    On the SR object, since siteId is not primary key it is not included in the owner description where as for site level objects like Workorder, PM  it is available in the record info.
     
    We are looking to override the Out of box field level logic(psdi.workflow.FldInstanceOwnerDesc)  on this field and have the owner description specify the siteid when the ownertable in SR on the wfassignment.
     
    I have tried with Attribute(wfassignment > ownerdescription field> Validate) and Object launh point automation scripts on save of wfassignment. I am able to manipulate the value within the script but I am not able the see the difference on the Inbox portlet.
     
    Since the owner description is a non-persistent attribute, I have changed the attribute launch point event to Initvalue but with this event , the owner description is not all displayed in the portlet
    Any pointers to resolve this will be really helpful.
