Over the years, he has worked closely with customers as a consultant, ensuring tailored solutions that meet real business needs. As a tech lead, he has successfully guided teams, combining strong technical expertise with effective team management and leadership. Giacomo is is part of the development team at IBM Reggio Emilia Lab in Italy for the IBM Process Mining product.
Andrea Castelli
Andrea Castelli is a Senior Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. He spent 8 years working as an IT consultant in the banking sector before joining IBM in 2021. Currently, he is part of the development team at IBM Reggio Emilia Lab in Italy for the IBM Process Mining product and serves as the focal point for customer support.
