Zendesk Integration doesn't list tickets created

    Hello Everyone, I was recently following the steps in lab 5 of the Watsonx Assistant Level 3. I successfully created an assistant and Integrated with Zendesk support. I can now create tickets via this API, but when I want to use the same API to list my tickets, it returns 0 tickets. Below are screenshots of the tickets being created and the extension returning nothing
