    Hello,

    We have a file based integration which runs through XMLFILECONSUMER. Folder structure in the file share is like this.
    File Share: \\$maximo\invoice
    invoice folder has two sub folders - backup, recovery
    XML Files are placed into \\$maximo\invoice by an external system. 

    Problem is, the XML files are being processed into invoice records in Maximo whereas the XML files still remain in \\$maximo\invoice. Maximo default behaviour is that upon consumption by the XMLFILECONSUMER, the file is moved to the backup folder.
    Also, I see a text file being generated inside the recovery folder with the same name as that of the xml file and has some integer value inside the text file.

    Hello,

    The folders were missing read/write permissions. Granted that and import works fine now.
