Hi,
I logged into the demo site as wilson/wilson and I see the Workorder numbers in the first column on the Graphical View tab. What user name did you use? The state record for each schedule is kept by user so if you used a different user, you would have seen a different state, one where wonums were not requested. The state record (found in the skdstate table) keeps track of which columns were selected, their order, the zoom level on the Gantt and more.
I would open the schedule, click on Graphical View and if the wonums are not there, click on the column selector button, looks like a monthly calendar sheet with the 3rd column lifted slightly out of alignment with tool tip:
"Displays Menu to choose visible columns".
Is Work checked? If not, check it and click ok. Do you see the wonum's now?
Many users login to the demo site and play. Someone logged in before you must have turned off the wonum's.
We also refresh the database regularly to set it back to out of the box.
regards .....................dick

Subject: Workorder numbers missing in the Schedules
Hi,
Could somebody have a look at the Scheduler Demo site (IBM Maximo)
and tell as to why the Workorder numbers are not shown on the work schedules.
I am looking at LDN_GS, which I believe has been created by the Scheduler Dev team for demo purposes?
Thanks.
