    Can we archive(delete) old data from tables wfinstance, wfcallstack, wftransaction and other tables of workflow application instances when those tables get very large. What are the precautions to take before deleting records from these tables.

    The safest way to archive data from any Maximo tables, including the workflow tables, is to use the Optim archiving tool. This link will give you more information on it:

    Directly deleting records from tables is not recommended.
