    IS/MWS: 10.3

    What is the cause for this error during the startup service "
    wm.monitor.admin:startup"

    “electric/util/time/XSDDateFormat
    Caused by: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null
    Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: electric/util/time/XSDDateFormat
    Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: electric.util.time.XSDDateFormat”

    This is now resolved, the cause is due the missing glue.jar during fresh and first installation, make sure you select the below from the installer if it not auto selected.

    Infrastructure > Libraries > Glue Libraries
