Yes, absolutely. The rule flows behave the same as they do in the Rule Execution server. You have the same control over them.
Now you also have control over which ruleset you want to execute. The ruleset name is passed in the XML parameters. This gives you great flexibility in that in some cases you might only need just one decision node, which you can place in a reusable subflow, and you just pass it the name of the ruleset to execute.
