  • 1.  Where to find authentication configuration

    Posted 02/23/22 12:26 PM
I'm very new to and self learning BPM for my organization.

I am trying to find out how BPM is authenticating the users and haven't been able to find where that is configured.  My WebSphere admins say it's on the application side in BPM.

I haven't been able to find it, and I would appreciate if anyone could point me to where I can find where in BPM user authentication is configured.  It would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    John

Hi - I recommend you start with the "Creating a secure environment" section of the Knowledge Center on BAW, BAW is configured by default with a file-based registry with contains user & group definitions. There are other options (such as connecting WebSphere to your organization's LDAP directory) that are also available. You'll be able to read about that in that section and its subsections.
