  • 1.  Where is the Knowledge Base for Fixes now?

    Posted Mon September 08, 2025 11:12 AM

I am about to install a large number of fixes to multiple products. I am trying to find where all the fixes are listed for each product so that I can generate a list of read me's before starting the update manager. I already built images for the products I am going to patch but I couldn't find where this website is moved to on IBM site. Does anyone know where or how I can generate a full readme document for fixes? It was very easy to find before the IBM transition. It was located in the link below.

    Hi engin sarlak,

For fixes included in each release, IBM now hosts that documentation at the following link:
Fixes Included in Each Release – IBM Docs

This page provides a comprehensive list of fixes per product version.
For details of a specific fix, including installation instructions and patch notes, you'll need to use the Software AG Update Manager.

Well it's not the best way to read the content of the fix, particularly when you have more than one :|

    There is no other way?

Do you use Command Central? It has buttons for viewing/downloading fix readmes. It also has command line equivalents that can be scripted.

That doesn't include the fix contents (unless it is there and I missed it). Update manager only lets you select 3 fixes and I can't let update manager stay open for that long. Plus I need to generate a document for fix contents. SUM also doesn't let me copy anything from it. AFAIK it doesn't let me simulate the installation and generate a report out of it either.

Is there no other way around it?

FYI, I am looking for IBM version of the page below. I could use it if it had data from recent patches.

The Save readme button on Update Manager is misleading. All it does is generate a list of fixes that will be installed. It doesn't have the Fix descriptions.

View readme could work, if it would allow more then 3 fixes at the same time.

Found a workaround. The readme files are stored in the location below. It probably requires clicking to Save readme button.

    /{{UpdateManagerRootDir}}/UpdateManager/readme/
