    Merging of rule versions from one version to another is available in Decision Center with the new Multiple Release Management features added in Operational Decision Management V7.5.  This allows not only multi-directional merging of rules from different baselines or branches, but also intuitive visual comparison of project branches, separate rule authoring streams for business users to avoid interfering with work in upcoming releases, and reporting on differences.
