I'm trying to order stuff from Fix Central today and I keep getting

So I click on the "Request help" button and nothing happens.
I tried different serial numbers. Coworkers log in's, etc. Nothing gets past this. Odd thing though is that often get the emails that the download is ready. With the appropriate download site, user id and password.
