Using Maximo 8 I am trying to pull out the same data that is displayed in the labor reporting app via rest. What object structure(s) are needed for this? I haven't been able to find any that return that info.

The Labor Reporting application in Maximo is based off of the LABTRANS table. You should be able to use the MXAPIEMPACT or MXEMPACT Object Structures, which are associated with the LABTRANS table.
