    Sorry for the delay.  I am not sure of the exact question, but the Rule and Event Designer from Operational Decision Management which is Eclipse based, can be linked to the same Eclipse instance as Integration Designer in the IBM Business Process Management product.  This is sometimes referred to as shell-sharing.
