In Enterprise Services, can someone explain the difference between the "Object Structure Processing Rules" tab and the "Object Processing Rules" tab?

If I remember my training from years ago, Object Structure Processing Rules would be based on the XML representation of the object structure while Object Processing Rules would be based on MBOs derived from the XML / object structure. Since the Object Structure would need to be converted to MBOs before Object Processing Rules would be evaluated, Object Structure Processing Rules perform much better and should be preferred to Object Processing Rules in situations where either could be used.
