OSLC (typically Maximo Anywhere calls) operates with the concept of namespaces, some of which start with jazz.net. If you go to the OSLC Resources application and open the lookup for the Namespace URI you can see a bunch of these examples (including open-services.net, purl.org, etc.). You can basically ignore this for all intents and purposes.

As for why it's being logged, you must have the OSLC logger set to INFO or DEBUG as these would not typically be logged.

And if you are seeing the OSLC logs, you will likely be experiencing a heavy performance degradation.  This is above normal logging degradation, so if you do not NEED your OSLC logs (i.e you are actively troubleshooting your Anywhere application) do yourself a favor and turn off you OSLC logger.  (And in general you should turn logging down anyhow, but this bad boy is a real pain....)
