    Decision Center (Operational Decision Management version 7.5 and later) is the new name for Rule Team Server (JRules version 7.1 and earlier).  Those familiar with Rule Team Server will see many similarities to Decision Center but with additional functionality such as event projects, integrated testing and simulation (no seperate Decision Validation Services), multiple release mangement, an improved UI and more.
