Activities are normally created from the SR and Incidentin a similar fashion as you would work a child work order. These are work orders and are accessible from work order tracking, and activities and tasks. They are created through a Ticket Template application where you added activities. However, you cannot see the tasks to manage from the SR unless you further enhance the application.
The tasks side, that's much easier as they are the tasks from a work order.
