I beg to differ on the topic of list of functions: I have a file called "TBM Studio 12.8.1 Formulas and Functions Guide.PDF" that I got from the old community. Also a short list "Apptio Function reference 11.8-12.9 v2.3 070620.PDF".
Maybe
@Lauren Pagan or @Rhonda Keller can figure out where they are these days.
I tried to upload them here, but my internal IT doesn't let me do that to AWS πππ

Subject: Welcome to Product Potpourri Episode 11!
I'm excited to post our eleventh, and last for the year, Product Potpourri blog post of student questions! It's been a fantastic teaching year and I really appreciate all of the students that have contributed questions. Here are our four latest standout questions:
- Is there a way to see all of the syntaxes for Formulas in Apptio? While there isn't a master list of all formulas or their syntax, there is quite a bit of documentation in the Apptio Help Center for formulas. There are too many techniques and "how-to" in the Help Center so I won't be repeating it all here. If you simply search under "formulas" in the Help Center you'll see all of the documentation options.
- Can I use special characters such as #,$%# in my project names? Special characters, especially those that may be used in API calls, for instance, can cause problems if you use them in your Project Names. Apptio already blocks many of these characters, but we also give the recommendation to simply not use these in your project names.
- Can I version reports like I version a project? No, in this case, you would simply be creating another report with a new name such as v1, v2, etc. Each report is a standalone file not a true version of the original report.
- How do I use the "other" column? Directions for using the "Other" column and a number of other chart properties can be found in the Help Center here, Set Chart Properties. Instructions specifically for the "other" column can be found roughly halfway down the page.
This is the last Product Potpourri for the year, but thank you all for such a great year of classes. The entire Instructor team has really enjoyed having you all in classes, asking questions, and really driving the Apptio Community. Happy holidays everyone!!
