When I log in with my IBM ID, why do I have to fill out all contact details manually?

Hi @Roland Merkt, thank you for your question! When you sign in with your IBM ID, certain account details don't automatically transfer into the event registration form. Information such as company and job title can change over time, and our webinar planners want to ensure they have the most accurate, up-to-date information for event communication and reporting.

By confirming your contact details during registration, we're able to make sure everything is current and relevant which helps the team deliver a better experience for attendees. We value your participation and feedback, thank you!
